Less than 2 weeks to 'Elisha' + Sydney Crash Course

G'day everyone,

Hope you are going well.

Our new show 'The Adventures of Elisha' opens in a week and a half. It will be fantastic - filled with drama, emotion and heaps of humour.

There are in all 12 shows open to the public. (10 in Victoria and 2 in Sydney).

Front-of-house volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to help with the Front-of-house for some of the shows. This involves arriving a couple hours before the show, setting up the space, selling tickets, being friendly etc. Please reply to this email if you are interested.

Sydney Public Bible Reading Crash Course

While we are up in Sydney for the Elisha shows we are running a crash course in 'Public Bible Reading' at Sylvania Anglican. We're passionate about the reading of the Bible at church and we believe The Backyard Bard is uniquely placed to help churches do training in this neglected area.

Public Bible Reading Crash Course
Sylvania Anglican
Saturday, November 8th - 10am - 5pm
Cost: $35
Stick around in the evening for an Elijah show at the same venue and receive a $5 discount on your ticket for the show.
